1. Who We Are

What’s Your Dream is a platform owned by Free Humanity. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. The WYD app is operated in association with HelpBnk, which may also receive limited data access for product improvement purposes.

2. What Information We Collect

• Account Information: Name, email, and profile picture when you sign up.
• Call Recordings: If you choose to call Simon Squibb through the app, your voice will be recorded and securely stored.
• Usage Data: We collect anonymous data on app usage to improve functionality and user experience.
• Dream Submissions: Any business ideas or personal dreams shared with us are stored, but they remain entirely your property.
  

3. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your WYD account.
• To enable call functionality and store recordings.
• To verify your identity if you have spoken with Simon on the street.
• To analyze user-submitted questions and improve WYD features.
• To optionally share anonymized insights with HelpBnk to enhance platform features.
  

4. Audio Recordings

When you choose to call Simon Squibb through the WYD app, you will be asked to explicitly opt-in to voice recording. If you do not consent, the call feature will not record your voice.

If you consent, your voice will be recorded and securely stored. The recording ends immediately when you press “Stop” or end the call.

• Use of Recording: We store recordings solely for recordkeeping. We do not analyze, transcribe, or distribute them.
• Ownership: You retain all rights to the content of your voice recording.
• Retention Period: Recordings are retained for 30 days from the date of the call. After this period, they are permanently deleted.

5. Data Ownership

All dreams, business ideas, and submissions belong to the user who submitted them. WYD does not claim any ownership or rights over your intellectual property.

6. Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your data. We may share minimal data with:

• HelpBnk, for enhancing product features (under strict confidentiality).
• Service Providers helping us operate the app (e.g., hosting, analytics).
• When required by law or to protect WYD’s rights.
  

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access, modify, or delete your data.
• Withdraw your consent at any time by deleting your account.
  

8. Data Storage

Data is stored securely and may be hosted in or outside your country of residence. Free Humanity takes appropriate security measures to protect your information.
